The lobby renovation was mind-blowing, the bakery concept was super, and the breakfast spread was jaw-dropping. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff and location were fantastic - we didn't want to leave! The hotel's hospitality was top-notch, with Mr. Myo Thura, Ko Zaw Win, and Ms. Nang going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was great, with plenty of eateries nearby, and the recommended taxi driver offered an amazing day tour for a cheap rate. We can't wait to return to this incredible property!

Comfortable beds, a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. The pool area is clean too. Everything amazing. The unbeatable location for the price, just off all major attractions, better restaurants and Mandalay Palace. Besides, very convenient to Mintha Theater.

hilton mandalay exceeded my expectations. staff were warm & kind, location near palace. they had bicycles for exploring. comfy beds, good internet, fantastic pool. impressed with renovated lobby & upcoming new restaurant. first class treatment!

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite and was pleased to find that it had an executive lounge with all-day refreshments. The staff provided excellent service and the facilities were well-maintained. it was a great experience for our work team.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and meeting room facilities. It would have been convenient to have these amenities readily available.

A deli with "classic on-the-run" items, a fitness center , and a stunning view of a hill and a palace. Oh, and the ability to check out late, if they feel like it.

Just a small detail, but my bathroom looked like it was stuck in a time warp. Time for an upgrade, Hilton.

The hotel with reasonably large rooms, in a very nice area, close to the royal palace. Wonderful location, with a beautiful view to hills. Satisfactory and incredible breakfast.

The lobby and common areas were tastefully designed, making it a pleasure to relax and socialize with other guests. the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with well-maintained ramps and spacious corridors, allowing us to move around comfortably.

I wished the children working there would consider providing larger, more comfortable seating options in the common areas. A few more cozy chairs or sofas would have made it easier for senior travelers like me to rest and enjoy the ambiance of the hotel without any discomfort.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more patient and understanding. Some of them seemed a bit rushed and not as attentive as I would have liked.

Spent Easter weekend here and it was a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing with fresh fruit, pastries, and delicious eggs. The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of great restaurants and shops and I was able to walk to most places. The pool was a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for the occasion.

The room decor was a little dated and could use some updating, especially the bathroom. The shower pressure was not great and the towels were thin and scratchy.
